Form not getting submitted

    hi,

    my form titled join us isn't getting submitted. When customer clicks on the submit button it says please wait and nothing happens. Please help

    I did a test submission on your direct form link and the website URL you provided, I was not able to replicate the problem. It is working fine on my end. See the image below:
