    Form has been disabled

    After having a nightmarish time on the issue of integration with Zoho CRM, I sat down to design my first form as a trial.

     

    However, when after creating form with only two field namely, Heading and Name, when I tried to preview the form I received a message "Form not found. This form is disabled".

     

    So far I am finding working with Jotform more of a headache rather than one for easing the job. I have been facing one or the other problem in every think that I have attempted to do.

     

    Now, why a simple enough process of preview form throw up such an error message.

    I examined your account and found that our automatic systems flagged the form as suspicious. I addressed this issue and your account and form should be working normally.
