Upload error shows after submitting the form

    I've worked this form multiple times. I don't know what's wrong, but it won't upload. We need this form to work ASAP. Is there a fix for this?

    I guess while we wait for technical support to respond - we can look for another form provider, preferably once that responds faster to errors and support issues and might actually provide a telephone number for support.

    I'm having the same issue and it's costing my business money. I pay Jotform monthly and would really like better customer service. Mr. JotForm Support could you guys do a better job. The customer service is pretty bad when there's an issue. You are going to force me to have to leave your business.

    We received confirmation from our backend team that this issue is resolved already. I could not test your form #70008042884149 as you seems to have deleted it already.

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    We are experiencing some issue with our file storage server at this time.  We are working on fixing it and it should be resolved soon.
