    I'm having pic error upload issue and it's costing my business money. I pay Jotform monthly and would really like better customer service. Mr. JotForm Support could you guys do a better job. The customer service is pretty bad when there's an issue. You are going to force me to have to leave your business even though I'm comfortable with it. I need this issue resolved immediately please. Thank you!

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Our backend team confirms that this issue is resolved already. I did test your form with file upload and it was uploaded successfully. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
