My forms are not in my account.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I checked your account and since you are a Free user, you have 5 form limit. 

    Since you have 9 forms in your account, you cannot create any new form. However, your forms will be protected. If you wish to create new forms, please delete your old forms.

    To view your usage, kindly go to Account->Usage .

    If you have submissions present in your forms, I would recommend you to download them before deleting your forms.
