    InfusionSoft: How can I map multiple upload fields to InfusionSoft integration

    PS: also, I wondered if 2-3 files are submitted at the same time, how would the links be generated and mapped to infusionsoft? any suggestions? please also advise

    thanks for the prompt reply, it would be truly appreciated if the questions about multiple file uploads can also be looked at please.

    PS: a side question, how do I turn off the options of upload form submission log to DropBox? it is handy, but when the files are being shared, privacy can be breached.

    Hi,

    If you want your users to be able to upload I suggest you to use more than one file upload fields since the multiple upload option on one single field is not functioning quite well as of now. Our developers are working on it. 

    About your question, let's say you have 3 file upload fields. For them, you can create 3 custom fields on Infusionsoft and integrate them accordingly. Please see my exemplary integration:

    About the Dropbox question, I guess you want to remove your Dropbox integration. To do that, please click integrations on the form builder. Select Dropbox and click "Remove Integration":

    Hi Owen, thanks for the prompt reply, I think the jotform uploaded files shareable link is not properly working as one of your colleagues has escalated the issue. regarding to the dropbox issue, I still would like to have the uploaded files saved there but not the actual form submission, is there a check box or button to turn it on or off? thanks again for your assistance.

    Hi again,

    Yes, I am aware of that issue. I hope it will be resolved soon. Unfortunately, there is no other way of passing the image data. So, waiting for that issue to be resolved is the only option we have as of now. 

    As for Dropbox, it is not possible to pass the uploaded files only. A PDF file with your submission data gets passed to Dropbox by default. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn this off.

    Hi Owen,

    thanks for the reply, I have a side question regarding to the uploads.

    When I choose the Drag and Drop Widget, all the files are uploaded to Amazon S3, I am fine with it, however, I am wondering if you could please advise how much storage space do I get for this please. currently I am on a plan that gives me 100GB, is that the space I get? please kindly advise.
