I encrypted my submissions as I may be having to deal with large numbers of personal details but have found it's now causing issues with integrations with other sites, most importantly I am unable to import email addresses to MailChimp. Can you please tell me how I can import the data & decrypt in MailChimp or how to fully disable encryption & restore the submissions to their default state?

    Thank You

You can disable the form encryption in the Advanced Preferences settings. Please do note that if you disable the Encryption, only new submission will be back to normal and the old submission data will still be encrypted.

Unfortunately, the Excel/CSV reports is not supported in Form Encryption. It means that once you exported the submissions, it is not decrypted.

You need to manually copy the form submissions and import it to MailChimp.
