Mümkünse üyeliği ücretsiz olarak devam ettirmek istiyorum. Sitelerim doğrudan birer e-ticaret sitesi olmadığı için Jotformun formlarını satış amaçlı değil, iletişim amaçlı ve geçen yıllara göre daha az kullanmaya başladım. Tamamen iptal etmek istemiyorum. İleriki yıllarda tekrar kendi kitaplarımı bastırabilirsem jotformun satış amaçlı formlarından yararlanmayı düşünebilirim. Ancak yıllık 40 dolarlık doğrudan bir kazanç sağlamadığım için jotformun formlarından mümkünse bu yıl ücretsiz yararlanmak istiyorum.

I see that your account haticetuluk is currently holding Premium yearly subscription which is being charged at $45 per year as the holiday promo offer. Please be noted that our pricing plans were changed. If you cancel the current subscription and needed to subscribe again, it is required to subscribe using one of the current plans.

Also, I notice that your account is currently having about 3700 submissions. If the account is downgraded to Free, the limits of Free account will be applied on your account and can store only 500 submissions. The oldest submissions will be deleted from your account. In order to store more than 500 submissions in your account, it is required to upgrade the account. If you consider upgrading your account to Storage plan that can only store the submissions with Free submission limits, it would cost $50/year or $5/month. 

Since your account is now holding Premium yearly subscription which is equal to current Bronze subscription, it would be better to renew the subscription with the same price.
