Is there an option to store PDFs or images on Jotform to use for PDF document viewing link in a form?

Hi,
You can store your submissions, forms etc. on the JotForm. Unfortunately there is no such an option to store PDF or images on the JotForm but you can upload your files on JotForm in a form submission and then use these files.
In other words, you need to create a form contains Upload File form field. You store the files on JotForm server through these submissions. Please have a look at the following image:
After you submit a PDF, you can copy the URL of the file in submissions page.
Finally, you can use this URLs in the form whenever you need these files. For example, you can use this PDF file with PDF Embedder Widget.
On the other hand, storing images on JotForm is easier than storing PDF files. When you add an image field to the form and uploa an image to this form in form builder, you can see the source of the image and use this URL in the forms whenever you need this image.
