Jotform has a couple of pre-defined optional fields for products as well as the ability to add a custom option. Is it possible to specify a different price or an additional cost depending on the option chosen?
For example - I am selling shoes. The standard shoe is $30.00 If the user wants blue shoes they select the pulldown menu and select blue and the the cost is + $5.00 so $35.00 total.

You can define options for the products on the payment wizard. However, other than then the "quantity" option, you cannot use them to change the price.
So, the only solution would be to create separate products for each option. Then the user can choose the Blue Shoe option.
