Email in Bounce List

Hi,

I have not been receiving emails notifying us of new submissions.  When I just signed into the account it tells me my email is on the jotform 'bounce list' and I need to specify a new email address.  How can I get it removed from the bounce list as I wish our form submission emails to come thru to this specific email address?
