Bronze vs. Silver Plan

We are trying to decide between the Bronze or Silver Plan. Is it 1000 submissions per form or 1000 submissions total? That makes a huge difference.

The 1000 submissions on a Bronze subscription is the submissions count for the total monthly submissions allowed per month on the account.
