Good morning and seasons greetings!
I have a question.
The last year submissions showed that the chosen plan doesn't match the real situation for this time, and the number of submissions allow the company to use free plan.
In case of changes we will upgrade the plan.
Could you please help me how to downgrade the plan? What do i need to know?

I checked your plan and your subscription is Silver Monthly. If you wish to cancel your subscription and downgrade your account to Free, we can do it for you.
Please let us know if your request is still valid. Waiting for your reply.

Before downgrading I have a question: will the submissions current records be still available for us after downgrading procedure?

Downgrading does not affect your submissions on your account in most cases so long as you remain under the free account's 500 submission limit.
Your account has 39 total submissions currently which is your combined form submissions count.
If you happen to go over that limit it is best to export that data as backup or upgrade to restore the data since any new submissions received beyond that limit without upgrading would eventually start overwriting older submissions to make room for new ones.

We have received the notice on a monthly fee for a silver package.
We requested downgrading of the package on 25th of January, 2017. Could you please find out why was not the service level downgraded?
Could you please help us with the issue?

I do apologize about that as I thought you were just inquiring for when you were ready to downgrade your account plan in the near future.
The reason you received a notice is because you were rebilled by the automatic subscription for another month of service.
However, I believe it is your intention to downgrade immediately so I have canceled the subscription including reversing the latest transaction that occurred on 3/1/2017 which will be credited back to your bank account. Please note that this has also now downgraded your account to the free plan.

Could you please help me on the following issue?
While trying to view submissions or asking for support, the following window pops up. Previously I didn’t have such case, I was logging in without additional requests. What is the actions that should be taken in this case? I am trying to aupload the key, which was used previously when for the first time the company was registered, but it doesn’t work.
