Jotform is causing an error on my Wordpress Mobile...why?

I have another contact form I have been using and it is fine on mobile and desktop.

Over the last 4 hours i have built a nice Jotform to take its place...

The form looks good, is formatted and appears perfect on desktop...

However, mobile, the form code prevents my website from even displaying showing "this site can't be reached" "americanboxing.net took too long to reach"

I reverted to the previous form and my website again displayed on my mobile device properly...

I then reloaded the jotform and the error began again.

    Can you explain this?

Also, I tried both versions of the wordpress code you provide

    I run wordpress 3.4.2

I have uploaded my old form until this can be fixed...hopefully asap.

    Thanks

    Hi,

First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience that is caused by this. I should be able to run some tests on your website with the JotForm form embedded before I can give you a proper explanation of this issue.

Can you please try embedding your form by using the WordPress plugin feature though?

Another alternative is using an iFrame code to embed your form. Please see how you can do it on another simple guide of ours:

Please let us know if you still have issues with your form on mobile WordPress.

    Thank you for contacting us.
