I would like customers to upload images on the check out page can I do this with jotforms? if so how? thanks

Yes, that's possible. Simply add a file upload tool in your form so your users can upload files or images. File upload is found under Basic Fields.

Make sure to configure your file upload field like the maximum file size allowed, file extensions and etc.
