Our servers try to send the email messages for a several times and if the delivery of the emails keep failing to these email addresses, it will mark it as rejected and the system will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.
Kindly have a look at the user guide below that will guide you how to prevent email bouncing related issues.
Additionally, you can set up your own SMTP for your forms, instead of JotForm's servers, to prevent email bouncing.
