I see that I'm on the premium account - I can't remember how many submittals I am allowed a month.

 I also want to convert my account to an Education account.  How can I do that.  I work for a public k-12 system.

Premium account is equal to Bronze account. On premium account you can receive up to 1,000 submissions per month.

However please note that this is not available for our old grandfathered plans like your is. This is only available for new plans. Basically if you want to use education discount you will need to cancel you current subscription, downgrade to free plan and then once your education discount is approved you will be able to upgrade to discounted Bronze plan. 

Price form Premium monthly is $9.95 USD and for Education Bronze is $9.50 USD.
