Yet again you have downgraded our account even though we have paid for a FULL year :( This was happening monthly so we paid for a year but for some crazy reason even that has now been downgraded and we not yet been refunded.
Please can you sort this ASAP as currently none of our forms are working.

Our system checks for duplicate subscriptions and cancels duplicates. Since you had a monthly subscription prior to creating your yearly subscription, the monthly was cancelled automatically. The downgrade notice is still sent for automatically cancelled subscriptions and this is what happened with yours.
I applied your yearly Silver subscription to your account once again and it should now show correctly. I do not see any further downgrade notices that may occur so you should be all set.
