Is there a known list of whitelists that JotForm gets caught by?

My company uses Mimecast and JotForm emails appear to get caught by its whitelist. Is that an issue we have to resolve in Mimecast to allow JotForm emails to go through? Do JotForm emails get caught by standard email server whitelists, like gmail. yahoo, hotmail? Thanks!

When our emails are blocked, we recommend marking it as not spam and then add noreply@jotform.com to the safe sender list (if possible) or whitelist jotform.com domain as a whole. This would ensure the deliverability of the email to your end.

The contents are always unique per email, they are based on user input. There are terms that are blocked by known anti-spam filters and we can't tell them that it is safe so that is why we recommend whitelisting.

As for the free email address from Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail, we don't have any issues with them. But still, whitelisting is important, especially if our emails are being filtered as spam on the account.
