Despite turning off all security features on my computer, the advanced form designer is NOT saving my form.
Independent of chosen browser.
Allowing all domains, all cookies, turning off all browser add-ons,..

I cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue on the designer section of the form builder. Here's a screen animation:
What internet browser are you using?

I succeeded in tracking down the problem.
It seems an url that is been used by jotform in the advanced builder is
been blocked on DNS level.
Ad or tracking server or malware, as it is included on the hosts-lists.
