dynamic text or dropdown based on an external file (CSV, excel or Googlesheet)

hi team,

just wondering if JotForm allows users to do the following things:

1. textbox filled in the form or dropdown list is selected (single select)

2. based on the selection, choose the rows/columns in the file that matches the value of point 1 then return the value to a text box which can be hidden or visible

any chance this can be achieved?thanks

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to populate data from an external file?

Unfortunately is it currently not possible to access data form any external source or previous submission data.
