Cannot open my form - Form Is Currently Unavailable

    My clients notified me that the link on my website to jotform is not working.  I went into the form and sent the link to myself and it will not open the form.  I get the same message "! Form is currently Unavailable"

    I notice that the form is disabled in your account. As I check your account, the other forms seem to be opening normally. You may enable the form by selecting the form and then click on Enable button from More menu.
