Form too slow

when my form page loads and I click the state dropdown list, nothing happens for 10 seconds.  Click it over and over again and then finally it appears.  But it is too late, my visitor leaves.

On my order page my form images are loading slow too.

I tried this on safari and had no problem.  I tried it on chrome on windows and mac and had the delay.

I have tested your standalone form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. 

This is happening because you form has lot of fields and because Continue Forms Later option is Enabled. If you disable Continue Forms Later feature your form will load faster. 

Also your form has 144 fields and 226 conditions. All of this will affect on load time. 

I also saw that lot of your conditions are not valid. They are created for fields that are deleted from the form. I would suggest you to delete all those conditions.
