I checked your form and it is working fine. I did a test submission and it was sent successfully. The submit button is working properly. Here's a screenshot:

When the submit button is hit I need for the information to got to the email address that is on the form, email@example.com.

You need to add the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) to the notification email alert. Right now Tlfarrior@gmail.com is receiving emails after a submission. Here how you can add your email to the notification alert:
If you want you can delete the other email address from the notification alert.
