My account shows a "you're at your limit" message but I am pretty certain that's not the case. Can you please take a look at it and let me know?

I have checked your account and see that the total submissions are more than 500 submissions. Please be noted that the free subscription accounts are limited to 500 submissions to store in the account. If you need to store more submissions, it is required to upgrade your account. If you want to continue with the Free subscription, the oldest submissions will be deleted from the account. You may take a backup by exporting the submission data to Excel or integrate Google spreadsheet. You may also integrate Google Drive/DropBox so that the new submissions will be sent to the cloud storage.

    Hope this information helps!

I don’t see more than 500 submissions when I’m logged into my account though. I see 79.
Did you actually look at it from my “eyes”? Screenshot attached.

I notice that you have several forms with submissions were deleted and they still exist in the Trash folder. Since the forms and submissions are counted, it is displaying the total count as more than 500. You may delete the forms from the Trash folder if you do not need them. Please be noted that this action is permanent and the deleted forms cannot be restored in any way.

    Hope this information helps!

If you need these forms back, you may upgrade your account to a paid subscription plan so that you can restore the forms and store unlimited submissions and restore the forms as per the limit set in the subscription plan.

    Thank you!

Ah, I see! Thank you so much! I deleted them for good and the “you’re full” message went away.
