errors on submissions

    I 've created a form which was working perfectly till last night but now giving an error while submitting. The only change i made an integration. So Please help me sort it asap.

    Please describe what exactly was the error. I test submitted your form https://www.jotform.com/53223079952458 but I did not encounter any issue.

    I was able to see the Thank You page of the form
