Why is my Salesforce Integration not working properly?

I have connected an integration with Salesforce.  However, I cannot find any of the Jotform information in Salesforce, thus telling me that the integration is not complete. Also, Salesforce's support team says the integration is not complete.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

I have tested Salesforce integration with a test form in my account and see that it is working fine at my end. I have checked your JotForm and it seems that the Salesforce integration is completed correctly. However, it looks like that you have many custom fields in the Salesforce lead that is mapped to the form fields. Could you check if the field type in the Salesforce is correctly set to match the fields on the JotForm?

Also, could you try removing some of the custom fields from the mapping in the Salesforce integration to identify which field is exactly causing the issue?

I have removed all but vital information (name, email..etc) and it still is not working.

I have tested the Salesforce integration again and it is working at my end without any issue. Could you let us know which Salesforce edition that you are using? Please be noted that the API access is required with Salesforce in order to integrate with JotForm. Please see the article below from Salesforce that provides you with more information about API access and Salesforce editions.

Hi Kiran. We are using Professional Edition, however our api access has been enabled.

I have tested the integration again on the cloned version of your JotForm and was not able to send the data to Salesforce. However, I have tried changed the fields in the mapping and then the data was sent to Salesforce normally.

I have changed the field on your form integration by mapping Company name to Manufacturer and sent a test submission. Could you check if the test submission is sent to Salesforce?

Your test worked! Hmmm... now to figure out why that worked, but the Company to Name did not. Thanks. I'll let you know if I need further assistance!

It's the first Manufacturer field that is connected to SalesForce. You may consider testing that out with a different information. Do you want to map the other fields? If yes, you have to add a new field in your SalesForce account. A custom field will work too.
