Why was my account downgraded after I paid for a year?

    And what happened to all of my historic data from forms? It's missing.

    I checked your account and it currently shows as Gold.  All your previous data is available at this time.  If anything is still missing on your end or if the subscription is not showing properly, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

    Hi, this also just occured for us. We paid a full annual premium subscription on Dec. 7th but today recieved an email that our account was downgraded and forced us to re-pay for an account. We paid for a Silver account but wish to have our original Bronze account re-instated and the Silver account payment refunded to our PayPal. This should not be occuring. We have been clients for years. Please advise.
