My company is receiving your service and now when we migrated to a new website we are still getting the old jot forms notifications. How can I know where are they coming from?

Hello Anna, we can help you if we at least know some info about your account. I tried my luck with the email you used for this post (email@example.com) but failed to locate one.
1. Do you have any Form ID/URL that we can check?
2. When you said notifications, I'm assuming you refer to emails. To which email address are you getting them?
3. Do you know your account's registered email or username?
4. You said you migrated to a new website, can you give us the URLs of the old and new domains where your form(s) were embedded?
