Sent out a database email campaign, getting error

    Need some one to contact to fix a problem regarding email campaign survey. Need to increase right away, if possible. Trying to find a solution to our problem, what are our options? Please contact Fred Smith  fred.smith@zooprinting.com

    Please be advised that for FREE account (after Downgrade) you got limits this way:

    Monthly Submissions SSL
    Secure Submissions Receive
    10 Payments

    Whereas your total submissions for the month has reached 201

    This means that your form got the overquota 

    It's explained on this page under section 6: http://www.jotform.com/help/173-Understanding-Form-Errors

    Form over quota - As also explained on the error message, the form has passed it's allocated quota and cannot be used at the moment. This error appears on your form when you reached your submissions limit allocated for the month. The form will not be able to accept submissions any longer when you passed the submissions limit. It's either you wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which happens every first day of the following month or upgrade to any of the available paid plans to increase your submissions limits and enable all your forms right away. Every Jotform plan has its monthly submissions limit. See our pricing page for more details.
