Our agency created a jotform for one of our clients for a giveaway they are having. This form is currently hosted at www.sebastianwnaguitargiveaway.com and we obtained the URL from GoDaddy and are having the URL forward to the jotform itself at https://form.jotform.com/ebartos_evoke/sebastian-sixxam-giveaway. We did not realize the redirect would change to the jotform's hosting site. We were wondering, if for our professional purposes, if we could change our username to "sebastianwna" instead of "ebartos_evoke" so the redirected url reads: form.jotform.com/sebastianwna/guitargiveaway. Is this at all possible? Upon account creation, we did not realize that you could not change the username and that it would appear in the custom form URL. We apologize for the inconvenience, we just wish to keep consistency with our brands' marketing.
Thank you!Page URL:

As per your request, I have now changed your username to sebastianwna. Also, here's the guide on: How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form.
Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
