Downloading my data results in a empty zip file. What can I do to correct this?

    The user with the username 'btoadly' has no data associated with the account. Hence, it is normal to have an empty file when you tried to download the data. Is there another account that you have access to?

    Please give additional details if the issue is related to another account.
