How do I change the name of the form at the top of the tab?

    I have edited my form and it is ready to go, with the exception of one element. 

    See image attached. I need to change the title of the tab at the top of the browser. I am not sure how to do this, can you please advise.

    You can change the name of the form on the tab of the browser by updating the Page Title setting found on Preferences > Advanced > Page Title.
