I did not receive a question submission verification.
Your email address is not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I can see that it was sent to your email successfully. Please try checking your spam folder or junk mail. If it is in the spam folder, please mark it as "Not Spam".
If you cannot locate the email, let us know and we'll verify your email address on our end.
Where do I see my past questions that are posted?
It seems that you just recently signed up. According to this thread, you are using a guest account. It means that you are not logged in to a JotForm account when you posted those questions. You might want to check your email inbox.
Also, I created form: http://form.jotform.com/form/70028397344155 yesterday and for some reason it is not showing up in my history. Help???

receiving the emails. They are: email@example.com,
firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, and
firstname.lastname@example.org. Please help me figure out why they
aren't receiving them, it is a new issue.
