why were you unable to convert my pdf to a fill form pdf?

i tried to upload a pdf to have it converted to one where people could fill in the forms. However, i received an email that it wasn't possible. When i tried to reply to the email, my reply bounced.

Please be noted that the PDF file can be converted to a fillable PDF form based on the complexity and readability of the PDF uploaded. If the PDF is not readable and having several tables/fields mixed together, it may not be possible to convert the file. 

Could you provide us with the PDF file that you are trying to convert to a fillable PDF, we can take a look and see what best we can do. You may send us the file as an attachment to support@jotform.com with the subject line "Forum thread - 1025265'. Please let us know here once you have sent the email so that we can take a look.
