    Unique ID field not showing in report

    Buenos dias tengo problemas para accesar el consecutivo AC4033 y no puedo, en el reporte no sale reflejado, pero en la aplicacion de internet solo el encabezado

    I believe you are referring to the Unique ID widget at the bottom of your form. I checked the Submissions page and the Grid Report. I can see the Unique ID widget is showing properly.

    I also checked your email notification and the autoresponder emails. The Unique ID widget is embedded properly.

    May I know what report are you referring to? If possible, please provide a screenshot.

    The number is AC4033

    Your reply only contains "The number is AC4033".

    The Unique ID field widget will increment automatically for each submission. As of right now, it is indexed to "4232". This means that new submissions will be "4233, 4234, 4235 and so on".

    If you are still referring to a different issue, please provide more details about your problem.

    Si yo comprendo el consecutivo lo que sucede es que el consecutivo nero AC4033 desapareci tiene fecha 18/10/2016

    Sorry but we failed to understand your most recent reply. For us to better assist you, please answer the following questions:

    1. What is the main issue? Please be as detailed as possible.

    2. My colleague asked earlier what kind of report you're referring to. Can you tell us which report you're referring to when you said "en el reporte no sale reflejado" (in the report is not reflected)?

    3. Can you send us a screenshot (if applicable) here's how.
