Would like to convert my current plan to an education institutioon plan.

I started an account and placed the charges on my personal credit card, but it is for use at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, a US service college.  I would like to see if the account can be billed at the discounted education institution rate and billed annually.  Thank you.
