Trying to Import a PDF Form

I have a PDF application I'm trying to import into JotForm so I can easily embed it on my company's website. From past tickets, I see the only solution offered is being able to import Adobe Forms Central PDF forms. However, I see that FormsCentral has been shut down. Are there any other alternatives?

Unfortunately, this tool is not working as of checking. We don't have any alternatives that will convert an existing fillable PDF form to an online form.

You need to re-create your form using our Form Builder and Form Designer. If you need any help with that, please let us know. Thank you.
