I am told that my email is on your bounce list and not sure what that means or why it is preventing me from getting emails from my clients.

How do I get off the bounce list as my email is current and don't believe it was hacked or anything.

An email address is added to our bounce list due to different reasons, once of them is because the email was rejected for the recipient server email. To prevent bouncing in emails I would suggest you to check this guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

The reason why your email address was in our bounce list is shown below: 

Reason(s) : X-Postfix; Host or domain name not found. Name service error

I have already removed it so you can receive emails now, also do note that you can remove your email address from our bounce list by following this guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
