    We have 5 persons completed the form but their inputs are not registered

    Hello! 

    I'm having a very serious problem. I've generated a form "Mapper UL LLT Ene 16". https://form.jotform.com/63565513958972

    I know that at least 5 persons have completed it but their input hasn't been registered.

    I've sent the link in the body of an email and we've detected that if the person coy the addres and past it, there is no problem, but if the person clicks on the address, the information is not saved. In both cases the message confirming that the survey was completed correctly appeared.

    Can you recover the data of the people that completed the survey?

    Please, this is a very important client for me. It is a team assessment and it would be a critical problem to ask them to complete it again.

    You only have 2 submissions in the form. In fact, your form analytics only shows 3 views.

    Perhaps the other 3 submissions are made on a different form? Please double check that.
