We have a form to fill out for referrals, and it has only been filled out once. By one person. And it has been sending the same confirmation email at least once a day. How can we change the settings to make the email stop? We only want to receive the email once.Page URL:

Do you have issues with your form "Got Questions? We've got answers!", that is embedded on contact us page of your website?
I have checked and mentioned form has 7 submissions. I have also checked email history log on your account and I only found 7 emails that were sent, one for each submissions.
I was not able to find duplicate emails.
If you have issues with some other form, please provide us exact URL where mentioned form is embedded or ID of that form.
You can also prevent duplicate submissions, from same IP address or based on unique question, such as email address.
