Why was I added to the "Bounce List"

    I'm a paying customer so why did you moved me to the bounce list? I wasn't getting my email notifications and if it wasn't for another co-worker mentioning something I wouldn't have known.


    I LOVE this service and have been with you for a long time but lately it's becoming unreliable with missing notifications and submissions.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. It seems that you have already removed the email address from the bounce list. The email addresses will be added to the bounce list when the emails sent are failed to deliver repeatedly due to any reason. If you experience the issue again, please let us know without removing from the bounce list from your end so that we can check why the email address is added to the bounce list.
