Why can't I seem to downgrade our account.

    We only needed the pay version of Jotforms for a short period during our survey and I would like to update our account status now to downgrade back to the free version. When I go to do that, however, I'm prompted to enter my username (bachjw) and password. I've done that several times with no luck. I'm told those are wrong.

     

    Here's the thing, when the dialog box loads, there are already a string of charachters in the username field.

    Confused! Help please.
