How to export monthly reports to Excel?

I'm sorry to say that I'm not a huge of your new analytics design. I need to generate monthly reports for each of our forms on your website but the new design does not seem to have that functionality any more. How can I display all of the submissions for the previous month and export the results as an Excel file? Better yet, is it possible to automate this function and have the results emailed to me at the beginning of each month?

If you need to filter the submission for any particular period, you may set the time from More settings in the submissions view and then export the submissions.
