I have a form where you fill out your info and submit images. Is there a way to designate where those images are submitted too?

Yes, you can indeed change the email recipient address where the info is sent upon the submission, by default the form will use the email address set up in your account, but this can be changed by following this guide: How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email
