After Form is finished it says fields are incomplete when I did fill them in

when I or anyone completes the form, at the end it tells me I have a bunch of unanswered questions. This is inaccurate because I made sure I filled them out. Please help with this issue as I need it for business.

Some of the field names in your embedded form specifically those that are shown in the error page has outdated names. They don't match in the stand alone form.

Please take your form source code again and re-embed it in your page to fix this.

This is one of the downsides when embedding the form using its source code, you will have to update the source every time you make changes to your form in the form builder.

Is this any particular reason why you are using the source code? You can actually embed your form using its iframe embed code so you do not need to re-embed your form every time you make changes since updates would reflect to your form automatically.
