Why is my username in the URL of a form I'm publishing?

    I publish this link every week.  I don't ever remember seeing my username in the URL before. What's up with that?

    Please let me inform you that custom URLs will always include the form owner's username. If you do not want to show your username in the link, you can share the direct link instead so it shows up as http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60135971323956

    Hmmm… it appears that my Direct Link includes my username. Any other
    suggestions?

    If you do not want that your username is shown in custom URL of your form, you can reset custom URL  and use default link of your, the one with form ID.

    To reset the custom URL  inside of your form builder click on Publish option and then click on reset option for Direct Link of Your Form.

    I’ve been using JotForm for some time and I don’t feel like a novice. But
    I’m missing something. The link I’m using says “Direct Link of Your
    Form.” See screenshot below.
    We don’t want to embed the form.
    Any suggestions?

    As my colleagues explained above, any custom naming you would like to set for your form, will begin with https://form.jotform.com/lfitzgerald/ so the only way to remove your username from the link is to reset it, making it as a result https://form.jotform.com/60135971323956
