Advice regarding what packet to purchase for the non-profit I am volunteering for

I am working with a faith-based organization that is trying to have 19 churches within a network called, Greater Los Angeles Region Health Network (of Seventh-Day Adventists) to set up registration forms, tracking forms, and do analysis of subsequent data for their 2017 weight loss project.  If we use your system for registration only, we are thinking that the Bronze plan may be enough.  However, if we use it to track participants, the Silver plan may be better.  Please advise.  Of course we are trying to keep costs down.  You state that it is possible to get a 50% discount for non-profit organizations.

    1.  How many people across Los Angeles County could access the system to complete a registration form at the same time?

       a.  Would each church need a separate access code?

    2.  Is it possible for the data from all 19 churches to be  imported into a single Excel file?  I estimate that we will not have more than 700 people completing the registration form.

    3.  For the number of forms, 25 for Bronze plan, does this mean you can create up to 25 different forms?  I am assuming this is what this means, but wanted to be sure.

    Thanks,

    Connie

First off, to apply to the non-profit discount, please follow the application form here: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing

We will receive your application and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

    1.  How many people across Los Angeles County could access the system to complete a registration form at the same time?

No matter the number of users that can access the form at the same time, you could send the link to the form to 100 recipients, for example, and all the 100 will be able to open the form and submit it at the same time.

       a.  Would each church need a separate access code?

Could you please provide us more details about what you're referring with access code?

Basically, you will upgrade an account to the plan that you choose, the form/forms will be created under this account and all those with the username and password will have access to the forms and submissions in your account.

Now, if you will create different forms for each church then you may create sub-accounts, but each plan has different limits on the sub-user accounts that can be added, it can be checked on the billing/upgrade section of your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

However, if you will create separated forms you are able to share a report with all the submitted info, to get more info about reports, please check this guide: How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

If you are planning to use one form only then you could simply generate one report and share it with those that you need to grant access to the submitted info.

    2.  Is it possible for the data from all 19 churches to be  imported into a single Excel file?  I estimate that we will not have more than 700 people completing the registration form.

Here seems like you will be using one form only to collect all your submissions, if so, then you will be able to download all the submissions at the same time in one Excel file, this guide will help you to do it: How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

    3.  For the number of forms, 25 for Bronze plan, does this mean you can create up to 25 different forms?  I am assuming this is what this means, but wanted to be sure.

You can create the forms that you want, but this limit is referring to the active forms that you can keep in your account, for example, you may have already 25 active forms, but you need to create a new one, then you will need to disable that form that you do not use anymore and create the new form, if you do not use all the 25 forms then you could either archive or disable them and start creating more forms, you could have more than 25 forms  in your account, but only 25 can be actively working.

Please if you have any question, let us know.
