How do I add my logo to the top of each of my forms?

    I have forms but I want to add my organization logo.  How do I do that?

    Yes you can put your logo on the form using the Image field provided under Basic Fields

    Please follow the below steps to insert your logo:

    1. Open your form in edit mode.

    2. Insert Image Field under Basic Fields.

    use Upload File to upload the logo.
