Why was our recipient email addresses added to the bounce list?

    why did it happen and how can we prevent this in the future? We were just removed from the bounce list by jotform with from our previous ticket today.

    There are several different reasons why an email address may get added to the bounce list. It can be due to the recipient's inbox being full, the email address is inactive, or if your email server is unavailable. It can also be due to the email server rejecting the email due to suspected spam.
